There are many noted benefits to taking a daily shower,  some of which include improved circulation in the limbs, stress reduction and a boost in the immune system. According to a study in the Journal of the Public Library of Science, showers may also jump-start work productivity, which may lead to a decrease in procrastination. If you dread big projects at work or at school, you might want to think of tackling them on a clean slate.
